A Board of Directors that governs, and an Executive Committee that carries out the work.

How the board works

Chosen by the district, not appointed from outside

Members are chosen in open meetings and serve fixed terms. The board meets four times a year, approves the budget, and signs off the yearly report before it is read out to the district.
